Gone are the days of eating salads one leaf and one sliced vegetable at a time. Our chopped salads give you a mosaic of fresh ingredients in a forkful. You can taste everything in one bite. Our organic dressed chopped salads are made to order from the finest, high quality ingredients. You can pick your favorite toppings and create your own chopped-to-order salad or you can choose from our menu of tasty and creative crafted salads. After you select your choice of lettuce, toppings and organic dressing, you watch it tossed in a large chilled bowl and then placed onto our oversized chopping block, where it’s diced to perfection with a mezzaluna knife.

We also serve handcrafted pizzas made from whole grain dough and organic tomato sauce. You can make your own pizza, selecting your favorite toppings from our list of delicious offerings or you can choose from our menu of crafted pies. Each pizza is fast baked in our custom stone-fired oven at 700˚, allowing it to reach its full flavorful completion within minutes.
